這酒店地點一流，位置就在Marques de Pombal Square, 一見到銅像就不會迷路，這裡亦是巴士總站，也是地鐵Marques de Pombal 站的入口處，去那裡都方便，開車嗎?一轉右就是名店林立的自由大道。 酒店很前衛很Chic, 氣氛像入了音樂室和打碟DJ房。 超級讚的是每天的早餐，主題就是新鮮，鮮榨的橙汁，root beet汁，西柚汁，還有熱滕滕的紅蘿蔔湯，又有鮮甜水果，配上西班牙火腿，簡直一流，各種餅食超級鬆脆，令人吃完又吃。好吃的不能盡錄。一句話，早餐無懈可擊。 唯一要說的小問題，可能就是浴室，其中一間(310)浴室滲水入隔壁的廁所。另一間(309)的浴室門開關會發出怪聲。

酒店並不在市中心，但離中心不遠，步行3分鐘便到地鐵站。房間簡潔，有樽裝水供應。但有一天，可能打掃工忘了給我們樽裝水。早餐比預期好，我生日當天，還送我一個小蛋糕。很貼心。

We recently stayed at the HF Fénix Music Hotel in Lisbon and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent — centrally situated with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and popular attractions. It made getting around the city very convenient. The hotel itself has a unique and vibrant music-themed design that adds a fun and modern vibe to the stay. Our room was clean, stylish, and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. What really stood out was the service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend HF Fénix Music to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Tolles Musik-Themenhotel mit super Atmosphäre! Das Hotel überzeugt mit seinem einzigartigen Musik-Thema, das sich durch das gesamte Design zieht. Besonders beeindruckend fand ich die stilvolle und moderne Einrichtung der Zimmer sowie die hochwertigen Annehmlichkeiten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Ein Highlight war definitiv der Dachpool mit atemberaubendem Blick über Lissabon. Auch die Lage ist ideal: Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Metro, sodass man schnell die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen kann. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker, mit einer guten Auswahl an frischen Speisen. Insgesamt ein tolles Erlebnis für Musikliebhaber und Reisende, die ein modernes und stilvolles Hotel suchen. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen!

Great location, excellent rooms, comfy beds. We had an issue when we were there that the elevator to the pool bar was out of order. So we either had to climb seven flights of stairs or go down to reception who would then use their key card for us to go to floor 7 and walk up to level 9. The pool was great, sometimes the service at the bar was a bit lacking and one or two of the people serving looked miserable. A little smile would have been nice. Unlike the breakfast service, where the gentleman and lady who showed us to our table were really happy and helpful. All in all a good place to stay.

酒店位置在一條大斜坡上，拖著行李吃力，酒店到旅遊區Rossio廣埸看著很近，但不建議走路，因為也是一條大斜坡！建議購買24小時交通卡出入以公交或地鐵代步，可省很多體力。 房間內空間適中，但沒有椅子，無位置坐真的不方便。 房間是電動窗簾，洗手盆，浴室、廁所和洗手盆是分開的，所以使用洗手盆時很容易弄濕房間地面。 酒店早餐挺豐富，不過如果能每天轉換一點款式會比較好，這樣對連續住幾天的我們來說會比較有新鮮感，不用每天吃同一款食物的早餐，服務生收碟速度有點進取，很常詢問要收走碟子。整體住宿體驗都滿意。

房間風景很好，淋浴的噴頭比較舒服，房間整體來説不錯，衹是有點小，同時因為就在馬路邊雖然我住得比較高，但是還是有點小噪音，但是每天都很困，所以一點小噪音並未造成困擾。地理位置比較好，但從地鐵站出來要走個小坡，不過不長。

Extremt lyhört ut mot gatan. Fönsterna är inte täta. Frukosten är väldigt dålig på hotellet. Dålig äggröra, horribelt bacon och kallt kaffe. Dörrarna i badrummet går inte att stänga helt, gamla dåliga skjutdörrar i glas. TVn på rummet är inte inkopplad till nätet och visar bara portugisiska kanaler så den är helt värdelös. Rätt låg standard tyvärr.
